Due to the personal nature of our skincare products, we can only accept returns on items that are unused and in their original packaging.
Initiate Request
Log into your Vilvah account or visit our Support portal to submit a return request with your order number and photos of the product within 48 hours of receipt.
Verification
Our quality control team will review your request and the attached images to verify the condition of the item and approve the return or exchange.
Reverse Pickup
Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup from your address at no additional cost; simply ensure the product is securely packed in its original box.
Refund or Replacement
After the item reaches our warehouse and passes inspection, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or dispatch a fresh replacement package.
